Taiwan hands over Firetruck to Corozal Free Zone

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Taiwan’s Ambassador to Belize, David Kuan-Chou Chien handed over a Firetruck to the management of the Corozal Free Zone.

The donation was given to Belize by the Government and the people of Taiwan.

Present at the ceremony was the Minister of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise, Jose Abelardo Mai.

The fire truck will be used at the Corozal Free Zone and will also assist all agencies at the Northern Border, as well as Corozal Town if needed.
