Rodney Wayne Rushing executed outside house in Corozal

By Aaron Humes: Police continue their investigations into the shooting death of Rodney Wayne Rushing, an American retiree of the state of Alabama.

According to police, Rushing was found shot multiple times outside his residence on Consejo Road in Corozal Town just after 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

A neighbour of Rushing’s had just gotten home when, he reported, he heard several gunshots. Upon going to check it out he was informed by others in the area that two persons were seen running from the area.

Reports say Rushing had just gotten home himself and parked his vehicle when he was shot. So far there is nothing to indicate why he was targeted. Police are now on the trail of his killers.
