High school students in Belize return to face-to-face classes

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: After a 2 year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, high school students across Belize returned to face-to-face classes today.

Proud parents flooded social media with photos of their children in their respective uniforms.

During the last two years, many schools across the country had adopted hybrid learning using online platforms and having students attend only 1 or 2 days of classes.

For health precautions, students are still required to wear face masks in class.

Pre and primary school students are scheduled to return to face-to-face classes on September 5, 2022.
