Police need your help bring Leroy Cus’s killer to justice

By Benjamin Flowers: The Belize Police department is asking the public to assist in bringing the person/persons responsible for the stabbing death of 18-year-old Leroy Cus, to justice.

Cus was fatally stabbed on the Central Walkway in Belmopan on the night of wednesday, August 17, in what authorities believe to be a robbery based on how the body was found.

While it was announced last week that someone was detained pending questioning, no one has been officially charged for his murder.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to report it by calling either 911, 922 or the nearest police station. Reports can also be made online at www.P3tips.com.

Cus’s death has been met with widespread public outrage and also highlights the fears of many who utilize the central walkway in Belmopan.
