American news outlet promotes Belize as an English-speaking country good to retire

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Real Daily published an article promoting Belize as one of four ‘great countries to retire where English is spoken’.

The article says over 413,000 American retirees as they retire abroad. Though many want to do the same, they don’t because of several factors including language. That’s where Belize comes in as English is spoken and it has a low cost of living.

According to the American news outlet, Belize is English-speaking plus it has ‘many expatriate communities … throughout the country’.

Real Daily says Belize is “full of scenic villages, farmlands, exotic beaches, and jungles”.

Moreover, it points out, the exchange is Bz$2.00 for US$1.00 and says a person can live well with US$2,000 a month.

Real Daily also recommends Malaysia, Boquete in Panama, and Ajijic in Mexico.
