Belize Forest Department needs an I.T. Specialist

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: “Join our FD Team,” said the Belize Forest Department in a social media post in which it says it is looking to hire an I.T. Specialist.

“Calling on suitably qualified individuals to submit their applications for the post of IT Specialist,” said the Belize Forest Department.

The IT Specialist will work with the implementation of Component 1 of the “Enhancing jaguar corridors and strongholds through improved management and threat reduction” Project.

“The IT specialist will develop a standardized, integrated and national database for wildlife and human presence monitoring,” said the Belize Forest Department.

According to the Forest Department, the job offers a great opportunity to contribute to Jaguar conservation efforts in Belize.
