More rains forecasted; flood watch remains in effect

Forecasters say that cloudy skies with some showers, thunderstorms and periods of rain are expected.

A flood watch remains in effect for flooding in low lying and flood prone areas across the country.

A small craft caution is in effect for gusty winds and rough seas near thunderstorms and heavy showers.
