By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize Banana Festival Parade is on Saturday morning from Cowpen to the festival grounds at San Juan in the Stann Creek District.

The Belize Banana Festival Parade is organized on occasion of the third annual Belize Banana Festival going into its second day at San Juan’s Football Field on Saturday.

According to the Belize Banana Festival organizers the parade was set to start at 10:00 am at Cowpen from where it is heading to San Juan.

The Parade includes the Belize Police Department, the Fire Department, the Band Fest Champs, a Big Creek Group, a Guatemalan marching band and mascots, Fyffes/PMS, the Irahunu Mas Band, the Belize Banana Growers Association, Rainforest Seafoods, and the San Juan-Cowpen Dance Group.
