Belize Livestock Producers Association organizes meetings for DFC to explain loan process to Toledo farmers

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Belize Livestock Producers Association (BLPA) is organizing two meetings for the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to explain the loan process to Toledo farmers.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise said the BLPA is inviting an all farmers from the Punta Gorda Area, the Trio, Bella Vista, San Juan Area, and Bladden in the Toledo District for meetings on Friday, September 2, 2022.

“[The] DFC representatives … will be presenting on the process for receiving a loan from the DFC Institution,” said the invitation.

The meeting for the Punta Gorda area farmers will be conducted at the Dump Coral in Punta Gorda at 9 am.

The second meeting for the farmers from the Trio, Bella Vista, San Juan Area, and Bladden will be conducted at the Trio Community Center at 2 pm.
