Armed robbery reported at supermarket in Succotz

By Benjamin Flowers: There was an armed robbery at Hua Young Supermarket, George Price Highway, San Jose Succotz Village, yesterday.

The proprietor reported to police that around 1:45 p.m., a man entered the store, pointed a .9mm pistol at his wife, and demanded money.

The proprietor complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, after which the assailant ran off.

Police are investigating.
