Vegetable farmers close planting season, get ready for new one

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE) said that farmers will soon start getting ready for the next planting season.

Today the National Vegetable Stakeholders had their End of Year Meeting.

“The planting season for 2021-22 comes to an end, the 2022-23 season starts,” said MAFSE.

The Agriculture Ministry said the meeting “includes discussions on data and information, review of production data, and export opportunities”.

That will help the vegetable farmers with their projections for the new season.
