Ministry of Infrastructure Development continues working on Belize City streets

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing (MIDH) continues working on Belize City streets.

“The MIDH is currently on the George Price Highway near the Lord’s Ridge Cemetery conducting major works to repair a badly deteriorated stretch of road,” posted the MIDH on Wednesday.

“Motorists are asked to exercise patience and caution when driving in this area.

The MIDH team was also doing upgrades in the Lake Independence area.

“Our team is wrapping up upgrading works on Linda Vista Street in Lake Independence which was a real hellhole, emphasis on the holes,” said the MIDH.

“We’ll keep doing everything we can to make people’s lives better.”
