Visit of President of Rwanda Paul Kagame postponed

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The visit of President of Rwanda Paul Kagame has been postponed.

“The Government of Rwanda has advised that, regrettably, the planned visit of President H.E. Paul Kagame has been postponed due to developing circumstances,” said a short press release from the Government of Belize Press Office.

“A new date will be announced when details are finalized.”

The official visit of the Rwanda president had been scheduled for September 14 and 15.

When he visits, President Kagame will be conferred with the Order of Belize. He is also expected to address the House of Representatives and the Senate at a joint special sitting
