COMPOL Williams celebrates 49th birthday

By BBN Staff: Belize’s Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams is today celebrating his 49^th birthday.

Williams’s inspirational life story began in Stann Creek. He was raised by a single mother and dropped out of high school.

Despite the odds, Williams returned to high school and then completed his Associate degree in Criminal Justice at St. John’s JC in Belize City.

He went on to further his education and focused on becoming an attorney.

He received his LLB in Barbados and his Legal Education Certificate in Jamaica.

He has served in the Belize Police Department for 32 years with dedication and commitment.
