By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies today with cloudy intervals. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop mainly over southern and central areas this morning, moving inland and northward before becoming isolated by afternoon. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy; a few showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop mainly over the south.
High temperatures will reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 93 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 80 degrees along the coast, 73 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots. The seas will be choppy with waves of three to five feet.
Tides will be low at 10:02 this morning and 8:34 this evening and high at 4:09 this afternoon. Sunset is at 5:53 this evening and sunrise on Sunday at 5:41 in the morning.
Sunday sees fair weather with generally isolated showers or thunderstorms in the daytime and slightly more over the south on Sunday night.
