RCCbpo seeking job applicants at the 2022 Expo Belize Market Place

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Those looking for employment in the business process outsourcing sector are urged to visit RCCbpo at the 2022 Expo Belize Market Place.

The company is at the expo, being held at the Marion Jones Sporting Complex pre-screening candidates for the next phase of the interview process. Applicants can apply for one of five available jobs, customer service, sales, technical support, data entry, and collections, and are only required to bring a valid social security card and proof of vaccination for this round of the process.

Kanndy De Paz, Chief of Human Resources at RCCbpo, encouraged those applying today to relax during the screening process, and be themselves to ensure that overthinking doesn’t impair their ability to answer.

“We are looking for people with friendly personalities, great listeners, attentive to detail, have patience, people who are outgoing, who are not afraid to ask questions, are good at being persuasive, and most importantly, willing to learn. These are the people who excel the most,” De Paz said.

RCCbpo also unveiled its new mobile recruitment office at the expo, which will be coming to a neighborhood near you in the future to make joining their team even easier.
