RCCbpo now hiring recruiters

By Breaking Belize News Staff: RCCbpo, the largest employer in Belize’s business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, is preparing to hire even more people and is now looking for recruiters to help with the process.

As the company prepares to roll out its new mobile recruitment center, RCCbpo is looking for recruiters who will regularly work with all of the company’s departments to identify current and future hiring needs. The new roles offer the additional benefit of recruiters traveling around Belize City and hosting and attending recruitment events.

Recruiters are expected to be holders of a minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates is a plus. The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources and employee referrals.

Other requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong decision-making skills; strong command of the English language; ability to work well with others, flexibility with shift hours, along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
