Tropical Depression 10 forms in the Atlantic

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Tropical Depression 10 has formed in the Atlantic.

According to the National Hurricane Center (NHC), shower and thunderstorm activity associated with an area of low pressure located between the Cabo Verde Islands and the west coast of Africa is showing increased signs of organization. 

The system is moving northward at about 10 mph, roughly parallel to the coast of west Africa.
