Breaking: Accident injures persons in Belize Defence Force pickup truck

By Aaron Humes: Several persons are believed to be injured after a Belize Defence Force pick-up truck ran off the Philip Goldson Highway this morning.

The incident took place around mile 22 in the village of Biscayne.

Preliminary reports suggest the driver lost control of the vehicle and ran into the bushes.

Police are on the scene and we await further details.
