Kevin Lamb ambushed by a group of young men and stabbed on Antelope Street Extension

By Benjamin Flowers: Belize City resident 18-year-old Kevin Lamb was ambushed and fatally stabbed last night.

Police say that around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Lamb was walking through an unnamed alley that links Herslett Moody St and Antelope Street Extension when he was attacked by a group of young men who came from the opposite direction.

During the attack, Lamb suffered a single stab wound to the upper right of his chest. He was transported by family members to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

Police are investigating.
