By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts sunny skies with cloudy spells today. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated at first, but increase countrywide this afternoon through tonight. Skies will be cloudy at times tonight. Severe thunderstorms are possible later today.
Today’s forecasted highs are 90 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 93 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 76 degrees along the coast, 71 degrees inland and 65 degrees in the hills.
Winds are westerly to northwesterly at five to 15 knots. The seas will be light chop with waves of two to four feet.
Tides will be high at 11:44 this morning and 11:16 this evening, and low at 5:26 this evening. The sun sets at 5:43 this evening and rises at 5:42 Thursday morning.
On Thursday, weather will be fair with isolated showers or thunderstorms but a few more will affect the southern districts.
