Myron Palencia caught and charged with attempted murder of ex-partner Kenya Villamil

By Aaron Humes: Police have announced the arrest of 35-year-old Myron Palencia, a truck driver of Buena Vista, Corozal District, for the attempted murder of his ex-common-law partner Kenya Villamil of San Narciso.

According to police, Villamil allegedly confronted Palencia after he reportedly removed a bike belonging to her from her residence. Police were later called and found Villamil stabbed multiple times. At last report, she was in stable condition at the Corozal Hospital.

Police say the altercation stemmed largely from the end of their relationship. The attack took place on Independence Day and Palencia had been sought by Police ever since.
