“Big Tom” and several others shot at while preparing to shoot a music video

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Kenneth “Big Tom” Flowers was one of several people who received minor injuries this afternoon during a shooting.

Flowers, a known street figure, was at a house on Police Street with a group of men who were reportedly preparing to shoot a music video, when an unknown man entered the yard and asked to speak with “Rian”.

When he was told that there was no Rian at the residence, he pulled out a gun and fired several shots.

Flowers, 44, received a graze to the left lower leg, while 23-year-old Jose Juarez was grazed to the left outer arm. Several other people received minor injuries during the incident but refused medical treatment.
