Man shot in Belize City last night dies of his injuries

By Benjamin Flowers: Twenty-seven-year-old Kevin Gillet, who was shot in Belize City last night has died of his injuries.

Gillett, who was shot after 8:00 p.m. on Arlington Drive, was at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital receiving treatment.

Reports are that Gillett and 42-year-old Glenform Soberanis, were at the corner of Arlington Drіvе аnd Масkеnzіе Lаnе when unknоwn mаn fired several shots at them.

The shooter then ran in the direction of Arlington Drive, got into an awaiting vehicle, and escaped down Fabers Road.

Police are investigating.
