The Organization of American States (OAS) National Office in Belize, this morning, tweeted its support for the day’s observance in Belize.
The OAS Belize Office said the day is a key occasion to celebrate senior citizens and to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges of population aging.
This year’s theme is “Resilience of Older Persons in a Changing World”.
