Belize Weather: Fair weather prevails to start new month

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Mainly fair weather will continue according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be mostly sunny and tonight partly cloudy with little or no rain expected countrywide.

High temperatures peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees over inland areas and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 75 degrees along the coast, 69 degrees in inland areas and 64 degrees in the hills.

Winds are northerly to northwesterly at five to 15 knots. Seas will be light chop with waves of two to four feet.

Tides will be low at 8:21 this morning and 7:17 this evening and high at 2:44 this afternoon. The sun sets this evening at 5:41 and rises on Sunday morning at 5:43.

Similar weather conditions may be expected for Sunday.
