By Breaking Belize News Staff: The Ferry crossing to the Xunantunich Archaeological Reserve is now open for vehicular crossing.

According to the Institute of Archaeology (NICH), all other archaeological reserves are also open for visitation.

NICH said that it will continue to monitor river conditions and provide necessary updates to the public and advised visitors to exercise caution at all times and be aware of weather conditions and the possibility of flash floods when they visit Belize’s archaeological reserves.
