Ella’s Cool spot teases upcoming re-opening with new photos of Upper Deck Lounge

By Benjamin Flowers: Ella’s Cool Spot in Hopkins Village is getting closer to its grand reopening and updated its supporters today with photos of its newly constructed Upper Deck Lounge.

The photos were posted on the restaurant’s official Facebook page on Saturday, showing a day and a night view of what patrons can expect on their return.

The popular restaurant added the Upper Deck Lounge as part of its reconstruction efforts after the entire establishment was destroyed by fire back in June.

Owner Ella Carr, received support from individuals, organizations, her community, and from people all over Belize who helped put together or supported several fundraising events.

Carr even participated in the actual construction work, assisting with the foundation casting to show her commitment to making a comeback.
