San Ignacio police find gun and bullets in empty lot

By Breaking Belize News Staff: A police search in San Ignacio Town on Monday led to the discovery of an illegal weapon and ammunition.

According to police, cops made a search in a bushy lot sometime after midday and found a black/grey .9mm Daewoo pistol with no magazine and 4 live .9mm rounds wrapped inside a red bandana.

No one was in the area at the time of the search and the items were deposited as found property.
