By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts fair weather for today; however, an increase in shower activity will start later tonight.
Skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today. Showers will be isolated except for a chance of isolated thunderstorms and more showers over the interior this afternoon. Tonight, skies will be cloudy at times with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over the north and coast.
High temperatures are 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 92 degrees over inland areas, and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 76 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland, and 65 degrees in the hills.
Winds are northerly to northwesterly at five to ten knots. The sea state is slight with waves of one to three feet.
Tides will be low at 12:15 this afternoon and 11:09 tonight and high at 6:46 this evening. Sunset is at 6:03 this evening and sunrise on Wednesday at 5:39 a.m.
Skies will be cloudy at times on Wednesday with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms starting over the north and coast in the morning, moving inland and south in the afternoon, and decreasing but lingering in the south on Wednesday night.
