National MSME Roadshow comes to San Ignacio/Santa Elena and Benque Viejo

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The national Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Roadshow will begin on Wednesday, October 5 at the Cayo North Resilience Center in San Ignacio.

Entrepreneurs from San Ignacio, Santa Elena and Benque Viejo will convene for 3 days of training, development, and funding opportunities for business.

The MSME boot camp will be held on Day 1, Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4pm.

A Town hall session will also be held from 6 to 8pm on Wednesday.

On October 6, Day 2 continues with the MSME/ Formalization Clinic from 9 am to 4 pm and includes informational sessions by key government agencies and funding opportunities by Financial Institutions.

The Pop-up shop will commence at 9 am on October 7 at the Cayo Welcome Center.

Three women entrepreneurs will get the chance to win $2,500 by pitching their businesses.
