By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The National Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Roadshow was hosted in San Ignacio this week.

The roadshow concluded today with a Pop-up shop that featured businesses from San Ignacio, Santa Elena, and Benque Viejo.

Prime Minister John Briceno said that among the small businesses participating, there are many women-owned MSMEs.

“The variety of micro and small businesses has been encouraging, especially so are the number of female-headed businesses. Support a small business and support a family… build a community,” Briceno stated.

Three female entrepreneurs that participated in the national MSME roadshow in the Twin Towns will receive $2,500 in seed capital.
