By Breaking Belize News Staff: A return to fair weather is on the cards today according to the National Meteorological Service, which forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated except for the south tonight and early Wednesday morning.
High temperatures peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 90 degrees in inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 78 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly to southeasterly at 10 to 20 knots. The seas will be moderate. A flood warning remains in effect countrywide.
Tides will be high at 11:06 this morning and 10:37 this evening and low at 4:48 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:33 this evening and rises at 5:44 Wednesday morning.
Skies will be partly cloudy on Wednesday with shower activity mostly limited to the south at nighttime.
