RCCbpo now hiring trainers; Successful applicants get a $500 sign-on bonus

By Breaking Belize News Staff: As RCCbpo continues to expand the largest contingent of business process outsourcing staff in the country, the company has issued a call for experienced trainers to join their team.

RCCbpo is now hiring trainers, particularly those with experience in training for the BPO sector, to assist in training employees after they are certified as a trainer by the client and pass the product knowledge test.

Trainers will be expected to conduct training classes, do up training, cross-training, customer service training, and other forms of training as necessary for specific campaigns.

Successful applicants will receive a $500 sign-on bonus.
