Ministry of Education announces suspension of in-person classes in Belmopan

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology announced the suspension of in-person class sessions for today in Belmopan.

“This suspension is necessary due to a water outage in the area, as announced this morning by the Belize Water Services Limited,” the Ministry said.

Schools are encouraged to engage their students through distance learning.

The Ministry apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this suspension.
