TIDE celebrates 25th anniversary with concert, recognition ceremony

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The conservation organization, the Toledo Institute for Development and Environment (TIDE), is celebrating its 25^th anniversary with a concert and recognition ceremony entitled ‘A Challenge to Reimagine Conservation.

The concert will feature the Persuaders Band and DJ Beats, YG & King Rome, and the Umalali Drummers.

TIDE said the event is scheduled for Friday, October 28, at the Toledo Sports Auditorium in Punta Gorda. A Challenge to Reimagine Conservation runs from 8:00 pm – 1:00 am.

TIDE said tickets are now available for $25 from any staff member or at their offices in Hopeville behind Waluco’s.
