By Benjamin Flowers: Placencia police have taken an illegal firearm off the street, through operations held this week.
On Tuesday, October 18, officers conducting patrols in the airstrip area, conducted a search of an empty lot.
During their search, the officers found a Moosberg shotgun.
No one was around at the time of the discovery, so the weapon was deposited as found property.
