Second runaway from youth facility in Cayo apprehended; One more still at large

By Benjamin Flowers: Police have managed to apprehend a second teenage girl from a group of three that ran away from a youth facility in the Cayo district back in August.

On Tuesday, police reported that 13-year-old Angelita Posado, who was reported missing on August 29, was found safe.

Posado had escaped along with, 15-year-old Lupita Nino and 13-year-old Jasmine Perez.

Perez was also apprehended on Tuesday.

Anyone with information on Nino’s whereabouts is urged to report it by calling 911, 922 or the nearest police station.
