Belize Weather: Fair weekend ahead

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Generally fair weather prevails according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies will be variably cloudy today with isolated showers, mainly affecting the south.

High temperatures will reach 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 88 degrees in inland areas and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures are 77 degrees along the coast, 72 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are northerly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Seas will be moderate and a flood warning remains in effect.

Tides will be low at 2:21 this afternoon, then high at 8:11 this evening. The sun will set at 5:26 this evening and rise at 5:47 Sunday morning.

Similar weather conditions can be expected for Sunday.
