Attending the launch were Dame Froyla Tzalam, Governor-General of Belize, Francis Fonseca, Minister of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Henry Charles Usher, Minister of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform and Religious Affairs, Dian Maheia, Chief Executive Officer, Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, and Amalia Mai, Chief Executive Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade.

Cuban Ambassador to Belize, María Caridad Balaguer also attended the launch.
