Police recapture fugitive George Lopez

By Benjamin Flowers: Police announced today that officers have recaptured the fugitive, 19-year-old George Lopez.

The Police Department Media Relations Unit confirmed that Lopez was captured this afternoon in the Wagierale Area of Dangriga Town.

On Thursday, October 20, Lopez, who was on remand at the Belize Central Prison, was taken to the Dangriga Police Station, where he escaped from a cell block.
