Belize Weather: Fair weather continues

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Mainly fair weather conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies today will be sunny with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy tonight. Showers will be isolated, though tonight there will be slightly more along the coast.

High temperatures peak at 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 91 degrees over inland areas and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 79 degrees along the coast, 73 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to southeasterly at five to 15 knots. Seas will be light chop with waves of two to four feet.

Tides will be high at 9:19 this morning and 9:04 this evening and low at 3:15 this afternoon. The sun sets at 5:25 this evening and rises at 5:48 Tuesday morning.

Tuesday will see mainly fair conditions with showers isolated; but a few more showers will occur over the south Tuesday night with a chance of isolated thunderstorms.
