Football tournament kicks off tonight in San Ignacio

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The San Ignacio and Santa Elena Town Council is organizing a Football tournament that kicks off tonight at the Falcon Field in San Ignacio.

Last week, Councilors Zahir Figueroa, Aaron Mai, and Shirlene Neal met with representatives from all teams to review the rules and regulations of the tournament.

The categories for the tournament are Women, Inter Office and Open.

Games will be played Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for the next 9 weeks.

There will be food, drinks, and entertainment.
