Orange Walk Football Association 1st Division Championship kicks off on Saturday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Fifteen teams will be competing in the Orange Walk Football Association 1^st Division Championship kick off on Saturday at the Louisiana Football Field.

San Felipe, San Jose, Caribbean Rum Boyz, Guinea Grass, Palmar, San Antonio Sinbad, and Guinea Grass’ Mi Gente are competing in Group A.

Group B comprises San Jose Pumas, Trinidad, San Francisco, Progresso, Charlie’s Cavetubing, Guinea Grass’ Lazio, Red Devils, and Louisiana.

The kickoff match will be Mi Gente against Sinbad at 7:00 pm on Saturday at the Louisiana Football Field. The second game will feature Louisiana against Trinidad at 9:00 pm.

Five games will be played on Sunday. San Jose will face Palmar at 9:00 am, followed by the Red Devils against San Francisco at 11:00 am. The third match will pit San Felipe against Caribbean Rum Boyz at 1:00 pm.

Next, at 3:00 pm, Charlie’s take the field against Progresso, while Pumas will close the day against Lazio at 5:00 pm.
