Instagram is down, but only for some people; Are you affected?

By Benjamin Flowers: According to Tech Radar, millions of people have been unable to access their Instagram accounts as of this morning, while others have been able to do so seemingly unhindered.

An article published this morning shows that users are being locked out of their accounts, but thus far, no explanation has been given as to why.

Instagram users have been taking to other platforms such as Twitter to voice their discontent with the situation.

Notably, Meta, the parent company of Instagram, had to address a similar problem on Friday, October 28, when users could not access their Facebook and Instagram accounts due to a configuration change.

The company has yet to issue a statement on this latest outage.
