Leader of the Opposition donates medical supplies to KHMH Workers’ Union

By Aaron Humes: Moses “Shyne” Barrow, Leader of the Opposition United Democratic Party (UDP), has handed over tens of thousands of dollars worth of medical supplies to Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) Workers’ Union President, Andrew Baird.

Barrow reports, “Thanks to generous donations from the Diaspora, the Opposition was able to hand over much-needed medical supplies as the KHMH faces an unprecedented shortage of essential supplies for surgery and other medical treatment.”

He adds, “The Opposition joins the KHMH Union and all other healthcare workers in their call for the Government to immediately address the crisis in our public healthcare system.”
