Breaking: Apparent murder reported in Dangriga

By Aaron Humes: 44-year-old Henry Alexander Garbutt of Dangriga Town was targeted by a gunman on Monday night according to police.

His body was discovered and identified about 7:51 this morning when Dangriga Police received information of a body lying motionless on Gadsby Ramos Road, 2nd New Site Area, Dangriga Town with apparent gunshot wounds to the body.

Initial Investigation revealed that Garbutt was socializing along with two other men around 7:00 pm on Monday in his yard when a lone gunman approached from behind the house and fired several shots in his direction causing the fatal injuries.

Police investigations continue.
