Prime Minister John Briceno: “ Together we will rebuild”

Posted: Thursday, November 3, 2022. 10:06 am CST.

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: This morning, Prime Minister John Briceno posted on his Facebook page that together we will rebuild the country after the aftermath of Hurricane Lisa.

“According to the Bible story of Noah and the Ark, God’s covenant was he would never again destroy the earth by flood. He placed a rainbow in the skies as a sign of his promise. Each time we see a rainbow, it is a reminder of that promise and a sign of renewal,” PM Briceno stated.

PM Briceno noted that there is “great damage and loss of property. But we look to tomorrow with hope and together we will rebuild and replace.”

“ Let’s look to help each other. Our Administration will identify where help is urgently needed,” he added.

The Prime Minister stated that the Government will quickly assess the damages and announce a recovery plan of action.
