Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and General Registry closed on Monday

By Aaron Humes: An official statement announces that upon the instructions of Chief Justice Madam Louise Blenman, the Belize Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, and General Registry will be closed to the public as a result of the damage caused by Hurricane Lisa.

The Criminal Court and the General Registry will be reopened on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Kindly note that documents can be filed through the e-filing system available at www.belizejudiciary.org.

All civil matters will be dealt with virtually at the discretion of the respective judges.
