Belize Weather: Fair today, some showers later

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Mainly fair weather conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service.

Skies today will be mostly sunny with isolated showers. Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy becoming cloudy at times with a few showers to develop mainly along coastal areas.

High temperatures today reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 91 degrees inland and 82 degrees on the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures fall to 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 71 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly to northeasterly at five to 15 knots. Sea condition is slight.

Tides are low as of 6:55 this morning. The next tide will be high at 12:57 this afternoon, then low at 5:47 this evening and high again at ten minutes before midnight.

The sun sets at 5:17 this evening and sunrise on Sunday is at 5:56 in the morning.

Sunday sees cloudy skies in spells at times with a few daytime coastal showers, becoming isolated by nightfall.
